Howie Long

Howie Long was a Defensive End for the Oakland/Los Angeles Raiders. He played for the Raiders between 1981-1993. He played in one of the Raider's Super Bowl victories. He was drafted in the 1981 NFL Draft by the Raiders.His jersey number is 75.

He was born in Charlestown Massachusetts, in 1960. He played at Villanova University. After his NFL career, he went to acting. He stared in "Firestorm" and he appeared in a few other movies. He is currently a studio analyst for Fox Network's NFL coverage.
